a little about me.
I’d start by telling you my name, but since it’s all over my website, you’re probably tired of seeing it by now. If you’ve ever met me in person, you’d know I talk a lot about business, real estate, and investing—but for a moment, let’s put that aside. If you’re here doing your homework before reaching out, you’re about to get some great insight into my personal life.
One of my favorite things about this incredible world we live in is the sheer amount of art that surrounds us every day. And no, I don’t mean the kind you find in a museum—I mean cars. To me, cars are one of mankind’s greatest artistic creations. From the sounds they make to their style, shape, body lines, and the engineering marvels of their time, cars captivate me like nothing else. I’ve always loved Hot Wheels, though I don’t collect them as religiously as I probably should. Most of my childhood was spent playing with them before I graduated to racing games on the console. These days, I love car photography, especially when I get the chance to go to car meets and shows. I once tried turning it into a business, but as M.J. DeMarco said, “When you try to make money doing what you love, what you love can become what you hate.” That quote stuck with me, which is why I keep cars far away from my business ventures.
Now, speaking of business, I love building brands and bringing ideas to life—there’s nothing like seeing something you create turn into something that others can enjoy and benefit from. The atmosphere of entrepreneurship is one of the best feelings in the world, and it keeps me pushing forward every single day. I also love writing, and one of my lifelong goals is to become a New York Times bestselling author.
When it comes to unwinding, music and cigars are two of my biggest de-stressors. I’m far from dependent, but as a cigar connoisseur, there’s nothing like lighting one up and playing some good tunes to take my mind off the hustle, even for just a little while. And then there’s driving—yeah, we’re back to cars again. What can I say? I love them. Driving and building fast, loud cars put my heart and soul into perfect harmony. That said, building them can also turn into a stressor real quick.
Beyond cars, I admire the great outdoors. I enjoy hunting, fishing, and exploring trails, always looking for the next hidden gem. And of course, cooking outdoors—because what man doesn’t love grilling a good steak?
If you’ve made it this far, I appreciate you taking the time to read this. Above all, I want you to know that God is the reason for my success, and as long as you trust in Him, have a burning desire, and take action—anything is possible.

Hype Brothers originally started as a group, created by a couple friends and I, built around motivation, success, and personal growth. The name carried a sense of community and brotherhood, uniting people with shared goals of financial freedom and self-improvement.
The idea of one day creating The Raynor Organization began.
As Jason Raynor developed his personal brand, Hype Brothers evolved into a business, selling motivational merchandise. The idea was to create a brand that young men could associate with success, ambition, and financial freedom—tying in seamlessly with TikTok content promoting these values.
As Jason Raynor built his personal brand and business ventures, he recognized a gap in the market—many businesses and creators struggled to grow online because they lacked real, results-driven social media marketing. Most marketing agencies offered cookie-cutter strategies, but Jason knew authentic engagement and strategic branding were the keys to success.
Thus, Social For Real (SocialFR) was born—a social media and marketing agency focused on helping local businesses and online creators grow their brands with real strategies, not just vanity metrics.
Jason Raynor came across an idea that he wanted to build and set-up for the long term. This was very different from anything he'd thought about before. After trying many different e-commerce stores using methods like dropshipping, Jason decided he would venture into a long term e-commerce which was the birth of GoFire Tactical LLC. With many product lines in mind Jason saw an unsaturated product in the Tactical/2A space and that was Trauma & First Aid Kits. He then worked with suppliers to start his first line of Survival Kits and then later launching many more with the goal of creating a custom kit building option for customers. He's mindset was to always be prepared no matter if your job is saving lives or saving the soccer team practice by bringing snacks.
After some time had passed Hype Brothers had left Jason all alone. As all the friends had disbanded, Jason knew he must continue the group. His wife Madyson Raynor decided to pick up the effort of making TikToks and within a month the page was booming with growth.
As you may know Jason Raynor is encaptivated by investing. A week earlier a crypto token was launched and many people missed out on the opportunity of substantial gains. Jason then developed a question, how can followers find an important post a social media creator has made if the creator posts so often? That question became the new passion for developing a app to do just that, sift through your favorite creators posts on platforms like X to only give users the news they want and then analyze it using AI to give the most resources it can about the post. CreatorBuzzz was born.
That's how we end up here... Hype Brothers becomes Hype Brothers Media Group LLC which is now the marketing and content creation venture inside of The J.R. Raynor Organization. It houses Social For Real Marketing which handles all things branding & marketing, As well as CreatorBuzzz the Creator News App. HBMG will be the next leader in resourceful app creation and digital marketing.
